Clarke University, Department of Nursing and Health is a growing program, dedicated to serving the tristate area community and beyond. We are committed to excellence in education, research, and practice. This well-established nursing department offers BSN and DNP programs of study. Our area health care systems such as MercyOne and UnityPoint Finley provide opportunities for collaboration.

The university is seeking two full-time visiting nursing faculty to teach in our growing undergraduate program. The positions will require year-round teaching in class and clinical. Class content will be delivered face-to-face (in Dubuque, IA) and online. Clinical teaching is expected, and a medical/surgical background is preferred. The ideal candidate must have earned at least a master's degree in nursing. Doctoral preparation is preferred. The position requires a board-certified state nursing license and at least 5 years of hands-on nursing care, teaching experience is preferred. Rank will be dependent on qualifications.
