Job Description: Clarke University is currently recruiting for a Campus Experience Coordinator who is responsible for developing and coordinating all aspects of the student campus visit experience for prospective students. This position is essential in recruiting qualified students to become part of the Clarke University student body. Specific duties include: supervising and managing the Admissions welcome and reception area; supervising work-study students; overseeing the student tour guide program; maintaining the prospective student information system; coordinating the inventory, tracking, entering and distribution of admissions materials and other publications; serving as a liaison to offices across campus that impact the visit experience at Clarke University (i.e. faculty, athletics, Residence Life, Bookstore, and Food Services); coordinating and managing all special recruitment events on and off campus and performing other duties as assigned. This individual will be primarily responsible for making decisions related to the visit experience of prospective students and their families to the Office of Admissions. Note: Position requires some evening and weekend hours.

Qualifications

Required Minimum Qualifications: Requires a Bachelor's degree and at least two years of experience working with the public. Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, as well as previous experience supervising others is desired. A high degree of computer literacy, including experience with Microsoft Office, databases, and web-based software is a plus. Outstanding time management and organization skills required. Able to manage multiple projects and accomplish critical tasks on time despite interruptions.
